Initial Bibliography

It's about time we start adding some things here.

Here is a preliminary list of some bibliographical references. At present this is a bit sprawling and not completely formatted, but as the year moves on it will be updated and improved. The bibliography is 'below the cut' (that is click where it says 'czytaj więcej' or 'read more' or some similar phrase).
